1. General Information

• Livience Aleenta offers premium residential projects designed for modern living.
• All details related to project designs, plans, and amenities are subject to change in accordance with regulations or project improvements.

2. Bookings and Payments

• Your booking will be confirmed once the required booking amount, as outlined in the agreement, is received.
• It is essential to follow the agreed-upon payment schedule. Failure to do so may result in penalties or cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations will adhere to the terms outlined in the sale agreement.
• If applicable, refunds will be processed after deducting relevant cancellation and administrative charges.

4. Possession and Handover

• Possession will be handed over in line with the timelines stated in the agreement, but it may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.
• Possession will only be granted once all outstanding payments, including taxes and maintenance fees, are settled.

5. Maintenance and Guidelines

Residents must adhere to the community's guidelines and maintain the shared spaces. Maintenance fees are to be paid as outlined in the agreement.

6. Modifications and Rights

Livience Aleenta reserves the right to make modifications to the project plans, designs, and amenities to meet legal requirements or to enhance the quality of the project.

7. Compliance with Laws

All operations and transactions are subject to applicable laws and regulations, including RERA. Residents are expected to comply with local regulations, including their tax obligations.

8. Force Majeure

Delays arising due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions will not hold Livience Aleenta accountable.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration proceedings will take place in Pune and be conducted in English.

10. Amendments

These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated through appropriate notifications.
